It covers our website, our contact and quotation forms, our newsletter, and the systems we use to run the business.
When you use a form, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company (if any), and your message or quote details.
When you place an order or create an account, we also collect your delivery address and order details. Payment card details are handled by secure payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.
As you browse, our hosting and monitoring tools automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and any errors the site hits.
We use your form details to reply to you, prepare quotes, and follow up about your request. A quote or message becomes a sales lead in our CRM so our team can serve you.
We use order data to process and deliver your purchase and to provide after-sales support.
We only send marketing emails if you ask us to (the newsletter), and you can unsubscribe at any time. We also use technical data to keep the site fast, secure, and working.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the website and the business, and only with what they need to do their job. We may also disclose data when the law or a court in Saudi Arabia requires it.
Some of the providers above run their servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so some of your data is processed abroad.
When that happens, we rely on reputable providers, share only the data they need, and handle these transfers in line with the PDPL and its rules on transferring data outside the Kingdom.

We keep contact and quote messages for as long as we need them to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Technical logs (such as error and security logs) are kept only for a short time and then removed automatically. We keep some records longer when the law requires it, for example order and tax records.
Under the PDPL you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent and object to certain uses.
To use any of these rights, email us at info@majestic.com.sa. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the regulator for personal data in the Kingdom.
To have your data deleted, email info@majestic.com.sa with the subject "Delete my data" from the address you used with us, or send the request through our contact form.
Once we confirm it is you, we remove your contact and quote messages from our database, delete the related lead from our CRM, and take you off the newsletter list. We also ask the providers that hold a copy to delete it. Technical logs roll off on their own within a short period.
We complete deletion within 30 days. We may keep the minimum the law requires — for example records of a completed order kept for tax purposes.
